WNGN Guests: Lukas Weißer

Hey there. Assuming barely anyone on here knows me, let me introduce myself. I am Lukas, 27, from a small village near Bonn, Germany. First let me disappoint some of you by telling you that I am not the typical „car guy“ as many of you would expect me to be. I do not hang out with that many tuning guys and gals and rarely attend car meets or stuff like that. But don´t worry, my heart is fueled by gasoline. Motorsport is what gets me going. The love started early and having the Nürburgring 45km away helps a lot to keep the fire burning. At one of my visits to the eifel-forests I brought my mum’s cam. Not to actually „shoot racing“ but to capture what I was seeing as personal memories. From that point on the whole photography thing got a little out of hand and developed into what I am doing today. Dennis Köhler – 460Hp Mazda Miata Turbo

Dennis Köhler is a familiar name on this blog. We’ve mentioned this young drift talent a few times in our Nürburgring Drift Cup coverage in the past. Watch the video! Continue reading

Nurburgring Drift Cup – Pushing the Limits

The last couple of months went by so fast I can’t even remember what I did during all those weeks. I travelled a lot, that’s for sure, and even to a track I never visited before. Maurice and I went to the 24H of Zolder in Belgium a few weeks ago as guests of a team and it was great to visit an event as a visitor for the first time in years.

Nurburgring Drift Cup – Where diversity rules

In my article about the first round of the Nurburgring Drift Cup 2014 I told you something about how I ended up at the first round of this year’s championship. And well, I got hooked. The track, the smell of tyre smoke, the screaming engines, I was in heaven and when I arrived back home I immediately decided I had to go there another time.
