10th anniversary – Introducing WNGN snapback

A couple of weeks ago I got a call from Noud to invite me for a small Wangan Warriors meeting with a special surprise. Without any doubt I packed my gear and went for a cruise to the beautiful landscapes of Limburg in the south of the Netherlands. On the way down there was rain falling down but luckily that cleared very fast.

Warriors Ride: Rob’s S15 Spec S

Sometimes it takes a great deal of courage to take a leap of faith into the unknown. We all take those steps at some point in life and some are more drastic than others. It’s no secret for the average petrolhead that such leaps are business as usual when you’re building a car. Spending your savings on parts, taking the gamble of importing a car, buying an engine from a stranger – all of these things take some courage to go through in my opinion. Continue reading

Quick stop at JB-Tuning

So here is something I’ve been wanting to share with you guys for a while. After a week of being in a dilemma, I decided on the Nürmeet. I just knew I’d regret not coming along, and looking back on my decision, I’m sure I made the right choice. Continue reading

Car feature: Double trouble

I love doing feature shoots. Getting to know people, making friends and finding out what drives them to do what they do. And I’ve got to thank that little black light capturing device for that! However, the thing I love the most about doing features is the story your subject for day has to tell. In this case two subjects! And I think I’ve got a nice story to tell… Continue reading

Car life: Mick van Randeraat and the Zandvoort circuit

It’s nice to meet loads of people along the road when you’re out there shooting. Some of the people come over and ask you to e-mail the photos to them others compliment you on your work or they come over and say: He you’re that guy from… (wherever they think your from). I must say that definitely last year I experienced more of these situations. I first met Mick van Randeraat earlier this year at one of the promotional meetings for DMPD2013. Continue reading
